This site presents our guided outdoor experiences and lets you request a free, non-binding planning call. Prices shown are indicative per-person prices; the binding price for your group is the one we confirm to you in writing. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer in itself.

All content on this site — text, design, graphics, photographs, logos and source code — belongs to Hugo de los Santos Gutiérrez or is used with permission. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of any of it without written authorisation is not permitted, except where Spanish intellectual property law expressly allows it.
6. Liability
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions, nor that the site will be available without interruption. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of this website, except where Spanish law does not permit that exclusion.

8. Applicable law and disputes
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence, as provided by Spanish and EU consumer law.

Note for the site owner — remove before launch. Two items above are placeholders: the active-tourism registration number and the civil liability insurance details in section 2. Commercially guided rafting, kayaking and canyoning in Spain are regulated activities, and both the register entry and the insurance are normally mandatory rather than optional. Please complete them, or have a Spanish adviser confirm what applies to your setup, before you send paid traffic to this page.
