What happens if you do nothing. Open this site, read it, and close it again, and not a single cookie is set. There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising cookie running by default. Everything described below happens only after you have said yes to it.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Related technologies — local storage, pixels, tags — do much the same job. Some are needed for a site to work; others exist to recognise visitors or measure advertising.
2. What we store ourselves
One thing, and only after you have used the cookie banner.

It contains no identifier, is never transmitted to a server, and cannot be used to recognise you anywhere else. Under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE it is exempt from the consent requirement, because it exists purely to record your own preference.
3. Third-party cookies — only with your consent
The services below are switched off until you enable them. None of their code is present in the page beforehand.

Current status of the marketing tags. As of the date at the top of this page, the Meta and Google tags are described here but are not yet installed on the site: no advertising campaign is running through them. They are listed in advance so that this policy is already correct on the day the campaign starts. Until then, switching marketing on in the banner loads nothing.
4. Choosing, and changing your mind
The banner that appears on your first visit has three categories. Essential is always on and covers only the preference entry described in section 2. Booking calendar and Marketing are both off unless you switch them on.
You can reopen the banner at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, and turn any category back off. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately for anything loaded afterwards.
Cookies already set by a third party stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them. Every major browser lets you view and delete cookies for a single site, usually under Settings → Privacy.
5. Loading the calendar counts as consent
Clicking "Load calendar & pick a time" in the booking section is an explicit, informed consent action for the booking calendar category, so we record it as such. It does not switch on marketing, which stays off until you enable it separately.
6. What we deliberately don't use
- No web analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, no alternatives.
- No fonts loaded from Google or another CDN; they are served from our own domain.
- No embedded maps, videos or social widgets that load on page open.
- No cookie walls: refusing everything still gives you the whole site.
